If your order arrives damaged, please call or email us within
two days to notify us of the problem. We will arrange to have
the item picked up by UPS and a replacement sent out within 48
hours. If you wish to return an item, please notify us and we
will issue a return authorization. You may return non-perishable
items for a refund not
including shipping and handling charges within two weeks from
time of receipt.
Any items that have been used and are not in new condition may
not be returned for a full refund. A 25% restocking fee applies
to all items that have been obviously used.
Perishable items such as nutrients, additives, live predators,
light bulbs etc. may not be returned for a refund unless they
are spoiled or faulty. In order to avoid confusion, please
contact us before you purchase so that we may help you order
exactly what you need. Refunds will be made by credit to your
credit card, a check or by store credit. There are no cash
refunds. |

Manufacturer's product warranties. All
products are sold with the manufacturers warranty. This is
normally one year. Please contact Hydroasis at 310.559.4769
about specific warranties.
If you wish to have an item fixed or replaced, please call or
email us and we will issue a return authorization to you. If the
item is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will
only bill you for the shipping costs.
If the item is out of warranty, we will notify you of the repair
costs before the repair is made so that you may make an informed
decision. Shipping charges will still apply. Hydroasis does not
control the amount of time that it takes the manufacturer to
repair an item. We will do our best to get the item back to you
in a timely fashion. |
